Health and Safety of Our Employees and Shipment Delays:

The health of our staff is imperative. We have implemented numerous new safety and social distancing practices. Working shifts, our staff submit self-testing results with kits provided to them prior to coming in to work. Our office and packaging facilities have been fogged with disinfectant coating and we have a disinfection robot on-site. As we integrate these new procedures, orders are currently taking 2-4 business days for us to prepare for shipment.

Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please rest assured that your order is safely in the shipper’s hands.

Taxes, Customs Duties and Import Fees

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm Hong Kong time will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Sundays or public holidays.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
